One woman is successful because she makes a million dollars. Another mother is successful because her children grew up to be independent and happy children. Another mother is successful because she helped 2000 people overcome financial ruin.
In your eyes which of these women were the most successful? Your answer would depend on your personal opinion. The real answer is the woman who reached (or surpassed) her goals.
How do you define success? Tony Robbins taught me that success is defined by our own dreams and goals. You will never be successful until you answer this one question.
How could you possibly know if you are a success if you haven’t first defined it? What success means to each person is different from the other.
Each woman in the scenario above was just as successful as the other. Their definitions of success were much different.
This week I am giving you some homework. You homework is to sit down with a journal and write down WHAT SUCCESS MEANS TO YOU? Clearly define in detail what you and your life and your business will look like when you have reached success.
