More specifically, we got into a conversation about the material and content I write for my clients. She said, “You really seem right out there. Where do you find out all this stuff? I mean, the stuff you talk about it makes it feel like you are talking to me directly! Every time I read something from you, it makes me think, Yup, that’s definitely me. I have that same problem.”

When I hear words like this, it makes me feel good. That is my ULTIMATE goal in my business. I want to solve YOUR problems. I want my content to speak out to you, draw you in, and solve your problems. That is why I am here, to solve the problems that are keeping you up at night. I want to help you turn your skills into a SUCCESSFUL business, not just any business, but a succesful one that allows you the freedom to spend more time with your family.

If you are in the services business, then these are also the same things that you want to do for your target market. What are your customer’s issues? What is keeping them up at night? What is on their mind all the time that they feel they need to solve? What solutions do you have to help them out with their challenges and struggles?

A service by definition is something that you do for someone else to help them out. Make sure that you are helping your target market in a way that really ’speaks’ to them.
