Kick-start your business or your next project! This program will take you through the steps to becoming focused and knowing what to work on when. You will learn to leverage your time and become more effective.

Together we will determine what needs to get done so you can live the lifestyle you want and still grow your business to the next level. Life doesn't have to feel overwhelming, if you don't want it to. I'm here to help.

	You will have 3 hours of one-on-one calls with me.
	We will clearly define your goals, and I will help you to visualize the end results.
	We will break down your goals into manageable chunks.
	We will create manageable deadlines for each piece of your goal based on your available schedule.
	I will hold you accountable for completing tasks.
	We will communicate on a weekly basis regarding your progress.
	I will provide you with next steps to take you beyond the 12 week program.
	You will feel more focused and in control of your time and your business.
	You will walk away from the program with major goals ACCOMPLISHED!

This program includes:

Approximately a 2 hour One-on-one call with me where we will:
Analyze your business or your new project idea

~ Where are you at now?

~ Where do you want it to go?

~ What should be your next steps?
We will discuss and come up with a 12 week plan.

Checklist and mind map:
Based on our discussion, I will write up a complete breakdown of your goals with a checklist and mind map of what you will work on for the next 12 weeks.
Weekly Accountability and Take Action Email:
Each week we will communicate through email on your progress. These emails are designed to help motivate you and ensure that you are on track with your checklist. I will read and respond to your emails to hold you accountable for your work.
At week 6, we will hold a one-on-one 60 minute call to analyze your progress, revise your checklist and answer any burning questions you may have.
At week 12, I will send you a report to update you on your progress with an analysis of your results. The report will include a checklist of next steps and areas where you may need improvement.

I had the privilege of working with Kimberly to brainstorm marketing strategies for my adult day service facility. Having recently opened the facility, I was struggling with finding clients.
